Monthly Announcements

• We will have a cemetery work day on September 25th.  We are asking for any family members or friends that have loved one buried in Mt. Ida Cemetery to come and help clean up.  A light lunch of sandwiches and chips will be served.  If you are unable to join us but would like to help with the upkeep of the cemetery, conations can be mailed to Mt. Ida Church (C/O Sherwood Leavins) or though the GIVING link on the website.
• We are currently preparing for our Homecoming and Revival.  Our Homecoming is Sunday morning, October 17th.  Reverend Brian Tyre, pastor at New Hope Church in Nacogdoches, TX,  will be the speaker for Homecoming and revival. Our revival will begin Sunday night at 5:30 p.m.  Revival services on Monday - Wednesday will begin at 6:00 p.m.  We are seeking singers for our special music for Homecoming and revival.
• Our next church conference will be Wednesday night, September 8th, following the service.
